Other Purchase Details, the fine print:

We generally package our wines to protect them from temperatures that typically occur during most commercial shipping methods.  Occasionally however we or our customers may become aware of particular periods or locations when there could be a greater risk from excess heat that could cause damage.  To protect our out of area customers, we or they may decide that wine shipment during such periods should be delayed.  When we decide these excess temperatures are a risk we will delay the shipment and notify the customer.  Should the customer decide to delay shipments before those are initiated we will hold the shipment until we’re notified by the customer.  Shipment delays, initiated by either the winery or the customer will not affect billing.

Delivery shipping and handling charges will be added to orders.  Generally purchases are considered made by customers at the winery however state and county taxes will be added where required.
